Unauthorized use by a Field Marketing Office, agency or other third-party entity will be considered a breach of this agreement and Licensor reserves the right to bring legal action against the offending parties as permitted by applicable law.

Field Marketing Offices, agencies and other third-party entities must obtain a license to use the Software by calling 84.
